What is in it

Four books, four markets, one method.

127 Supplements Explained

127 Supplements Explained

Every supplement sold at scale, one page each, graded A to F on the published human evidence. The only book of the four that grades, because with supplements the question really is whether it works.

185 pages · 127 entries · graded A to F
94 Peptides Explained

94 Peptides Explained

Every peptide sold to consumers, with the decision a regulator actually made about it. Nine are approved for what they are sold for. Sixty are not approved anywhere for it.

168 pages · 94 entries · seven statuses
23 SARMs Explained

23 SARMs Explained

Every compound sold as a SARM. Not one is approved anywhere for what it is sold for, fourteen have no published human study of any kind, and seven are not SARMs at all.

57 pages · 23 entries · five statuses
30 Steroids Explained

30 Steroids Explained

Every anabolic steroid with a real market. Thirteen are, or once were, real medicines for people. Four are licensed only for animals. None is approved for what it is sold for.

73 pages · 30 entries · eight badges

What makes them one set

The same page, four times over.

Every entry in every book is built the same way, so you learn the layout once and then read by position for 274 entries. A status at the top that reports a decision rather than an opinion. The research counted rather than summarised. What testing of real products actually found inside them. What it is banned under in sport. And one sentence at the foot that says what it all adds up to, never what to do.

What this is not

Educational, not medical advice. None of the four books tells you what to take, and none of them carries a dose, a route as an instruction, a protocol, a cycle or a source. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents anything, and nothing here replaces a conversation with your doctor or pharmacist.

Every status and every grade describes the published record at the time that edition was written. Evidence moves and regulators change their minds, so every book prints its edition date.

Questions

The ones worth asking.

What exactly do I get?

Four PDFs, 483 pages in total, each one bookmarked by section with every name in its A to Z index linked to its entry. They read on a phone, a tablet, a laptop and most e‑readers. All four arrive immediately after checkout, in one download.

I already bought one of them. Am I paying for it twice?

Yes, and that is worth saying plainly. The bundle is one product and it cannot tell what you already own. If you bought a single book recently, write to awheytoexplain@gmail.com before you buy this and it will be sorted out.

Is this everything, or is there more coming?

These four are everything that exists today. More are being written, and they are not included in this price. If you want to hear when one is finished there is a sign‑up on the home page, one email when something is done and nothing in between.

Why is the whole set half the price of the parts?

Because the work is already done and a second copy costs nothing to deliver. The books are priced on their own so each one stands up alone; the bundle is priced for somebody who wants the whole shelf rather than one answer.

Are you paid by anyone selling any of this?

No. Nobody paid for placement, no entry is sponsored, and there is not a single affiliate link in any of the four books or anywhere on this site. The books have nothing to sell you except themselves, which is the only reason their statuses are worth reading.

What if I do not like them?

Seven days, no questions, refund through Gumroad. You keep the files, because taking a PDF back is not technically possible and pretending otherwise would be theatre.

274 entries. Not one of them sponsored.

Four books, four markets, the same method on every page. Supplements graded on the evidence, and peptides, SARMs and steroids reported on the decision a regulator actually made.
